All information supplied will be seen by louisefynes.com and will be stored via wordpress our domain host and their web server. 

Our website is secure and safe to use for all payments which are done using our payment system which is done through Paypal.

Terms and Conditions 

When using  louisefynes.com website and services means that you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions. With effect from the date and time you first attend our studio or online website. Louise Fynes Therapies reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These amendments will be posted on our website policy page. It is not the responsibility of Louise Fynes to ensure that participants are aware of these changes. The responsibility remains with you as a visitor/user of our services. Always check our Policy page for changes to our Terms and conditions. 

If for any reason you do not accept the Terms and Conditions of Louise Fynes you should end your contact with us both in person or via our online presence.

If at any time you feel that you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions and wish  to discuss the reasons please do so via our contact form. However our terms and conditions will remain as they stand in this document.

Code of conduct;

When using Louise Fynes studio or online services you will do so with respect for the staff, trainers and other users. We will not tolerate any behavior which is contrary to law or discriminates against  any person using or working in our studio.

If you are found to be using language or behaving in a way  that restricts or discriminates against another person  you will be asked to leave immediately. If this occurs online you will be blocked and reported as an abusive user. 

Payments:

All services must be paid for immediately. Louise Fynes accepts payment via Sumup or cash on receipt of services.

Any none payment will be seen as a conflict with our terms and conditions and you will no longer be welcome in our studio. 

Cancellation of appointments:

All cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before said appointment time. If the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time you will be charged the cost of this allocated appointment time. If payment was made in advance a refund will only be made if a new date and time is not suitable and the appointment time is amended 24 hours before the allocated time slot. If this is not done then a refund will not be permitted 

Liability:

Louise Fynes takes your safety very seriously therefore:

Louise Fynes does not accept liability for any loss or damage to your property while using our services.

We do not accept liability for injuries which occur from incorrect use or not following instruction from trainers or therapists in the studio at  the time.

Privacy:

All users are entitled to privacy and all information will be stored and kept confidential.

Complaints;

All complaints should be submitted in writing detailing the complaint, date time of incident and who was involved. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and where deemed necessary information may be passed onto the relevant authority.

Use of Louise Fynes studio;

Use of Louise Fynes studio is done so in agreement of our Terms and conditions and with the permission of Louise Fynes. If you are found to be on the premises without permission or contrary to any of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions you will be asked to leave and your use of our studios will be denied in the future. The same applies for online classes.
