Why is strength and conditioning training important at any age?

There have been several creditable research papers written on the importance of Strength and conditioning training (SCT) which show the benefits of good warming up core training and flexible stretching routines. For senior fit it may prevent falls as we work on balance and coordination skills.

The program is a general training session that adds benefits to all daily and sporting activities.

Training schedule for strength and conditioning training in Loughrea is as follows.

Monday morning 10:45 till 11:45 senior fit class starting 7th of Feb.

Wednesday evening 7:30 till 8:30 age 18 plus starting 2nd of Feb.

Thursday 6:45pm till 7:45 ag group 13- to 15-year-olds starting 3rd of Feb.

There are 10 places in each class. So, register now to secure your place.

All classes will be given at chilates studio 61 Mainstreet Loughrea (above Walsh’s Pharmacy).
